As a Senior QA Engineer, you will develop automated tests for fintech platforms, maximize automation efforts, conduct backend testing, and collaborate effectively with product managers and developers.

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will be a part of the Quality Assurance Team in our TradeTech department.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated tests for fintech trading platforms
- Maximize automation coverage to reduce manual testing effort and increase the speed of detecting software defects
- Execute backend testing to ensure data validation and frontend-to-backend consistency
- Perform end-to-end and integration testing across internal and third-party applications
- Debug, document, and track issues using bug-tracking tools, collaborating with developers for rapid resolution
- Continuously improve testing methodologies, tools, and processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the software development cycle
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to align testing with requirements and use cases
- Share insights and best practices on testing with the team and stakeholders, contributing to the growth of team expertise and efficiency
- Promote best practices and mentor engineers of all levels to foster a high-performance QA culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance Test Automation
- Solid knowledge of Test Theory and the ability to apply it in practice
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Proactive approach with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams
- Experience in some of the following will be considered an advantage: JS/TS, Python, C#
- Experience with Git
- English communication skills, both written and verbal
Nice to have
- Familiarity with trading or investing
- University Degree in Computer Science or other IT-related field
- Experience with the following:
- SQL
- Solace, Kafka
- Protobuf, gRPC, REST
- Postman/Insomnia
- Log analysis tools (e.g., Graylog, Kibana)
