The Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who has personally owned manager-through-VP-level hiring across the disciplines that define our business: paid media, CRM/lifecycle, performance creative, and growth leadership. This isn't a req-filling role. You'll be a true talent partner to our division leads - mapping markets, building pipelines for roles, and closing senior candidates who have options.

You know what a great Paid Social Director looks like versus a good one. You can tell the difference between a Lifecycle Lead who's run the playbook and one who's only seen it. You've sourced creative leadership and you understand how an agency's billable, client-facing world shapes who thrives here. You move fast without lowering the bar.

What You'll Do
  • Own end-to-end recruiting for manager, director, and VP-level roles across MuteSix (paid media, paid social, paid search, performance creative), Enkore (email/SMS, retention, loyalty, subscription), and No Sleep Studio (ecommerce, UX/UI, development, CRO).

  • Partner directly with division leads and hiring managers to scope roles, calibrate on must-haves vs. nice-to-haves, and design interview loops that actually predict success.

  • Build and run proactive sourcing strategies for senior and specialized talent - you live in LinkedIn Recruiter, you build talent maps, you nurture passive candidates long before a req opens.

  • Manage the full candidate experience: outreach, screening, scheduling, debriefs, offer strategy, and close - keeping every candidate informed and every hiring manager moving.

  • Own offer negotiation and closing alongside leadership

  • Keep our ATS (Ashby) clean, current, and useful - accurate stages, strong notes, and reporting hiring managers can trust.

  • Track and report on pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and other hiring metrics; use the data to flag risk early and continuously sharpen the process.

  • Help elevate our teams on hiring processes and how to be a good interviewer

  • Be a brand ambassador for LSG in the talent market - strengthen how we show up to candidates and protect our reputation in every interaction.

What You Bring
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, with a track record of personally filling manager-to-VP-level roles (not just coordinating them).

  • Direct experience hiring in paid media, CRM/lifecycle, and/or creative - agency experience is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Comfort operating at agency speed - multiple open roles, shifting priorities, and a high bar, all at once.

  • ATS fluency (Ashby a plus) and a metrics-driven approach to your own pipeline.

  • Experience recruiting in ecommerce, DTC, performance marketing, or martech environments.

Bonus Points
  • You've built or improved a recruiting process, not just executed one.

  • Familiarity with the brands, agencies, and talent networks in the DTC/growth marketing world.

  • Experience supporting hiring through acquisition integration or rapid headcount growth.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
