We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Senior Recruiter to help scale our clinical hiring efforts. You bring at least 4 years of recruitment experience, with a strong track record of building robust talent pipelines and successfully placing healthcare professionals—including Nurse Practitioners (NPs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and similar clinical roles. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love finding top talent, and are passionate about improving healthcare teams through strategic hiring.

What You'll Do
• Use a wide range of sourcing strategies—including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals—to identify and engage qualified clinical candidates.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support both immediate and future hiring needs.
• Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless recruitment process.
• Collaborate with the talent team to continuously refine and improve sourcing and recruitment strategies.
• Keep a close eye on market trends, competitor hiring practices, and industry shifts to stay ahead in attracting top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and related tools.
• Support the creation and posting of compelling job descriptions and recruitment materials.

What You’ll Bring
Qualifications
• 4+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a focus on clinical healthcare roles.
• Familiarity with tech recruiting is a plus.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines and consistently meet hiring goals.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing tactics, digital platforms, and ATS tools (experience with Lever is a bonus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you can build relationships with candidates and hiring teams alike.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; you can manage multiple searches and priorities at once.
• Comfortable working independently, yet collaborative and team-oriented in approach.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
