Pay Range:$34.15 - $47.93 Responsible for full life cycle recruiting — recruiting, screening and recommending placement of staff by using creative sourcing methods (internal and external) to fill administrative, professional, clinical and other health care vacancies. Key Essential Functions and Accountabilities of the Job
Develops and implements specialized, multidisciplinary recruiting, advertising and marketing strategies for sourcing and referring qualified applicants for all vacancies.
Creates strategic plan to source, recruit, screen, and interview active job seekers and passive candidates for hard to fill positions.
Markets and promotes SEARHC to applicants and networks, collaborates and promotes organization with other institutions, universities, and professional organizations Interacts with applicants; completes qualification assessments; answers applicant questions and guides through selection processes.
Works in partnership with the Recruitment team and other staff members to ensure successful completion of new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
Manages and directs the Recruitment Coordinators to ensure that recruitment process is streamlined and is in compliance with Company policy.

Education, Certifications, and Licenses Required
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, Sociology, Psychology or related field. Ten or more years’ experience applicable industry experience in lieu of Bachelor’s degree.
Certified Health Care Recruiter (CHCR) certification from the National Association for Health Care Recruitment (NAHCR) – preferred.
Candidates with the Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) or Advanced Certified Internet Recruiter (ACIR) designations – preferred.
Experience Required
Five years’ recruiting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.
Experience with technology-based recruiting tools including social media, talent attraction/ engagement platforms, search engine optimization, virtual career fairs, etc.
Experience using applicant tracking system – preferred.
Knowledge of
Principles and practices of personnel administration and Human Resources processes and guidelines
Public Law 93-638 and its application to SEARHC’s recruitment and hiring processes and practices
Recruiting, staffing, marketing, sales and advertising processes and procedures
Skills in
Utilizing a teamwork approach in the delivery of HR services, while building positive relationships at all levels of the organization, outside of the organization, leading by example and influencing outcomes positively and effectively
Oral and written communication
Managing multiple priorities and tasks concurrently and meeting deadlines
Ability to
Independently troubleshoot and problem solve issues using a working knowledge of standard policies and practices
Create a work environment in which staff and applicants can comfortably express concerns pertaining to recruitment and the application process
Travel Required
Up to 25% travel expected.
Travel is by jet, small aircraft, and ferry
