About the Role

As Senior Revenue Operations & Analytics Director, you'll play a critical role in building and optimizing the systems, data, and processes that power Scorpion's revenue organization. Reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer, with a dotted line to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll be responsible for establishing a scalable Revenue Operations function that supports predictable revenue growth and informed business decisions.

This is a senior-level individual contributor role for someone who thrives on building solutions, solving complex problems, and turning data into business impact. With support from a Salesforce admin, you'll take hands-on ownership of our Revenue Operations infrastructure, from data architecture and systems integration to forecasting, analytics, reporting, and process optimization.

You'll also help advance how Scorpion leverages AI and automation, identifying and implementing solutions that streamline workflows, improve data accuracy, increase productivity, and strengthen revenue insights.

Beyond building and maintaining the infrastructure, you'll serve as a strategic advisor to our General Managers and executive leadership team. You'll analyze revenue performance, identify risks and growth opportunities, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations that influence business strategy.

You'll collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Finance, Customer Success, and Product to connect data and processes across the customer journey, driving improvements through technical expertise and cross functional influence rather than traditional people management.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
