Schoox is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and modernize the systems and operational foundation that powers our go-to-market organization.

This role sits at the center of Revenue Operations and serves as a key owner of our sales systems architecture, CRM governance, and operational rigor across the revenue funnel. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, you will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships leadership to ensure our GTM teams operate on a clean, scalable, and trusted revenue infrastructure.

You will own and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem, help redesign revenue architecture, improve territory and routing governance, and support the operational processes that drive sales performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments and enjoys building scalable operational systems that improve visibility, rep productivity, and data integrity.

How You Will Impact Schoox

  • Own the architecture, governance, and ongoing optimization of Salesforce and related GTM systems, partnering with external Salesforce development resources to execute larger architectural initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Lead CRM hygiene initiatives and establish scalable processes for data quality, field governance, workflows, and automation
  • Own account routing, lead governance, territory assignment logic, and account ownership management
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting that drive actionable insights across Sales and Marketing
  • Partner cross-functionally with the VP of Sales, CMO, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Finance teams to improve operational alignment
  • Support Sales leadership with funnel accountability, QBR preparation, territory design and management, and operational reporting
  • Help evolve Schoox toward AI-enabled sales processes by identifying opportunities for automation, workflow intelligence, and operational efficiency, then partnering with internal teams to build solutions

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems within a B2B SaaS environment
  • Deep hands-on Salesforce administration and architecture experience, including flows, automation, reporting, permissions, and object design
  • Experience partnering directly with Sales leadership and acting as a trusted operational advisor
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate independently in fast-paced environments
  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with highly tactical system and process execution
  • Experience with tools such as Gong, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, CPQ platforms, and sales engagement technologies is strongly preferred
  • Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows, automation, or process optimization within GTM systems is a strong plus

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
