Are you an experienced SDR/BDR who thrives on owning the top of the funnel, engaging senior decision-makers, and driving meaningful conversations? We're looking for someone who knows how to open doors—and keep them open.

Requirements
  • 2–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Proven ability to run cold outbound motions (calls, email, LinkedIn) targeting Director/ VP-level and C-suite personas
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions
  • Confident conducting structured discovery and qualifying opportunities
  • A self-starter who wants to grow, take ownership, and contribute to building a world-class sales engine
  • Bonus: Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or specialty physician groups

Annual Salary:

Base Salary: $80K – $100K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission
