What You’ll Do:
As our first Senior Sales Development Representative, you'll play a key role in establishing our SDR strategy and playbook development, with the opportunity to mentor future SDR hires as the team scales. You’ll partner closely with the VP of Growth to design and execute both inbound and outbound plays aimed at building pipeline, nurturing relationships, and creating opportunities with multifamily owners and operators for the Foxen Sales team. You’ll work closely with a tenured group of regional sales directors on both sourcing and progressing deals down the funnel. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who is excited to build upon a strong foundation of inbound demand, an AI-enabled sales tech stack, and a strong position in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect new and engaged leads via email, phone, social media, and other channels with the goal of booking meetings and opportunities for the Foxen Sales team.
- Respond to and nurture inbound leads who engage on foxen.com or other inbound channels.
- Create and execute outbound campaigns and playbooks based on contact roles and trigger events in close collaboration with Marketing and Sales team members.
- Identify and pursue key contacts and accounts using various datasets and prospecting tools including intent, firmographics, and first-party engagement to identify.
- Become an expert in Foxen’s technology and services to perfect your pitch for different buyer roles.
- Work with Regional Sales Directors to drive outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, emailing, and communicating our value proposition to decision-makers.
- Work with the field marketing and sales teams to drive attendance and book meetings at field events such as national conferences, executive dinners and happy hours.
- Stay engaged in opportunities you source along with the RSD in order to understand target account strategic initiatives, challenges, and potential alignment with Foxen solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and the specific challenges faced by multifamily owners and operators.
What You Bring:
- 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development or a related role
