If you thrive on change, get energy from big, complex challenges, and are excited to grow fast alongside smart, ambitious people, then Go1 might be exactly what you’re looking for. We offer autonomy with accountability, space to experiment, and the opportunity to shape solutions that impact millions of learners worldwide. We don’t have all the answers — and that’s the point. We figure it out together. Every line of code, every conversation, every bold idea helps move us closer to our mission: to enable individuals, organizations, and society to progress. There’s still so much to build — and even more to discover. Go there with us...

About the Role

Are you energized by creating clarity, confidence, and capability in high-growth sales teams? At Go1, we’re on a mission to enable our global GTM organization to perform at its peak—through scalable onboarding, impactful upskilling, and performance-driven enablement.

As a Senior Sales Enablement Manager (9-month contract), you’ll lead the design and co-delivery of dynamic, interactive enablement programs across onboarding, ongoing development, and pre-sales execution. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to create strategic learning experiences that accelerate ramp time, increase productivity, and directly contribute to revenue and pipeline growth.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct needs assessments with sales teams to identify skill gaps and prioritize strategic initiatives aligned to business goals.
  • Develop and execute enablement programs focused on sales skills, product launches, campaign readiness, and continuous development through multiple learning modalities (live sessions, e-learning, playbooks, peer coaching).
  • Accelerate adoption of GTM tools and processes (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, Gong) through targeted training, documentation, and coaching support.
  • Partner cross-functionally with RevOps, Product Marketing, and Sales Leadership to ensure alignment, knowledge transfer, and timely communication across the GTM org.
  • Coach frontline managers and sales leaders to reinforce learning, embed best practices, and drive accountability across teams.
  • Measure enablement impact by defining success metrics, analyzing performance data, and continuously optimizing programs based on insights.
  • Foster a culture of excellence through proactive upskilling, continuous improvement, and programs that drive measurable sales performance gains.

Why You'll Love This Role

  • You’ll have ownership of meaningful programs that directly impact revenue outcomes.
  • You’ll shape learning experiences for both new hires and experienced sales pros.
  • You’ll operate with flexibility and autonomy while collaborating with smart, driven teams.
  • You’ll bring clarity to complexity and drive real behavioral change at scale.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–7+ years of experience in SaaS sales, sales enablement, customer success, or GTM roles
  • Proven track record of designing and executing enablement programs that drive measurable results in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pre-sales motions, and pipeline generation strategies
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills—able to engage and inspire diverse audiences
  • Experience using Salesforce, enablement platforms, LMS tools, and reporting dashboards
  • A data-informed mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and optimize programs accordingly
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and globally, adapting to time zones and team cultures

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

  • Are a strategic enabler with a builder’s mindset and the ability to execute at pace
  • Translate complexity into simple, actionable learning that sticks
  • Are energized by coaching, facilitating, and supporting sales success
  • Value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
