You will play a crucial role in ensuring implementation of our sales processes, enhancing demo effectiveness, and driving revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, analyzing sales calls, coaching sales reps 1:1 and collaborating with various teams to create impactful training materials. You’ll report to the SVP of Sales and partner closely with Sales Leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to ensure our teams have the tools, skills, and insights to win in the market.

What you'll do:

Program Strategy & Execution
  • Build and execute a sales enablement roadmap for an 8-person Mid-Market and Enterprise team.

  • Partner with RevOps and Sales Leadership to identify performance gaps and translate them into high-impact training programs.

  • Lead onboarding and continuous learning programs for AEs, BDRs, and Product Solutions Specialists, ensuring consistency in messaging, methodology, and motion.

  • Establish and ensure internal adoption of sales processes and best practices.

Sales & Demo Excellence
  • Analyze Gong calls and other sales interactions to surface skill gaps and coach patterns across teams.

  • Partner with sales leaders to deliver 2:1 coaching to sales reps and track implementation of feedback and additional areas of improvement.

  • Create certification programs for core selling skills: discovery, demo execution, qualification (with frameworks like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, SPICED), and closing.

  • Drive demo effectiveness programs focused on tailoring value narratives by buyer persona and segment.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to ensure all training and content align with current positioning, product updates, and market intelligence.

  • Partner with RevOps on forecasting, CRM hygiene, and data-driven performance coaching.

  • Build strong alignment with Demand Generation on messaging consistency between outbound and marketing-led campaigns.

Measurement & Reporting
  • Demonstrate correlation between core sales KPIs (eg, ramp time, pipeline generation, quota attainment, conversion rates) and sales enablement programming

  • Maintain a structured enablement calendar and communicate upcoming programming across GTM teams.

Events & Culture
  • Lead SKOs program design for GTM teams.

  • Facilitate learning sessions, certifications, and recognition programs that reinforce Wrapbook’s sales culture and methodology.

What you'll have:

  • 8+ years in Sales, GTM Enablement, or Sales Training roles within high-growth tech.

  • Demonstrated success improving seller performance across Mid-Market or Enterprise teams.

  • Expertise in at least one major sales methodology (Challenger, MEDDIC, Force Management, or SPICED).

  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills — capable of driving engaging workshops and actionable 1:1 coaching sessions.

  • Analytical mindset; proven ability to connect enablement programs to revenue outcomes.

  • Exceptional project management and cross-functional influence skills.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
