Our mission is simple: End Cyber Risk. We’re looking for a Senior Sales Engineer – Channel (CDW) to be part of making that happen.

The Senior Channel Sales Engineer (Senior Channel SE) plays a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth through advanced technical enablement and strategic support of one of Arctic Wolf’s most strategic channel relationships across CDW.

This individual acts as the primary technical advisor and trusted consultant for CDW, ensuring the partner is fully equipped to position, architect, and deliver Arctic Wolf’s cybersecurity solutions. The Senior Channel SE works closely with CDW’s channel leadership, Arctic Wolf sales teams, product management, and marketing to drive partner success and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Responsibilities: 

Partner Technical Leadership

  • Serve as the senior technical liaison for CDW, providing deep expertise on Arctic Wolf’s platform and services.

  • Design and deliver advanced enablement programs, certifications, and workshops to ensure CDW’s technical teams are fully prepared.

Strategic Pre-Sales Support

  • Partner with CDW on high-value customer engagements, offering solution architecture guidance, technical presentations, and demos.

  • Influence deal strategy by aligning technical solutions with customer business objectives

Solution Architecture & Best Practices

  • Advise CDW selling teams on security operations best practices, solution architecture guidance, and integration strategies for Arctic Wolf solutions and services.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex security solution architecture and integrations

Technical Evangelism

  • Represent Arctic Wolf at CDW events, executive briefings, and industry forums to showcase innovation and thought leadership.

  • Deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to drive partner confidence and customer trust.

Feedback & Continuous Improvement

  • Capture insights from CDW teams and shared customers to inform product roadmap and enhance partner programs.

  • Advocate internally for partner needs and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Channel Account Managers, Marketing, and Product Management to align technical initiatives with business priorities.

  • Contribute to joint go-to-market strategies and partner campaigns.

Content Development

  • Create and maintain advanced technical collateral, solution guides, and enablement tools tailored for CDW’s sales and technical teams.

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical sales engineering or solution architecture roles, with significant experience in channel-focused environments.
  • Proven track record of enabling strategic national partners; CDW experience strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, architectures, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for partner engagements and events.

Preferred Skills and Experience: 

  • Experience with partner ecosystems including VARs, MSPs, Distributors, and System Integrators.
  • Relevant technical certifications (e.g., AWS, Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and partner portal tools.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to align technical solutions with partner and customer objectives.

On-Camera Policy:
