Solution Engineering function while remaining actively engaged in strategic and technically

This role serves as both a people leader and senior technical partner to Sales, helping customers
understand the business value, operational fit, and implementation approach of Clear Capital’s
products, analytics, and data solutions.
The ideal candidate will strengthen collaboration across Sales, Product, Engineering, and
Customer Success while building scalable, repeatable technical sales practices that support the
company’s long-term growth strategy.
This is a highly collaborative, customer-facing leadership role that combines technical expertise,
commercial acumen, and operational execution.
What You Will Work On
- Lead & Develop the Solution Engineering Function
- Build, manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing Solution Engineering team.
- Establish best practices for discovery, demonstrations, technical validation, and solution
design. - Partner with Sales Leadership on territory coverage, resource allocation, and strategic deal
support. - Create scalable processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and customer experience
across the sales cycle. - Drive Technical Sales Execution
- Serve as a senior technical resource on complex enterprise opportunities.
- Partner with Sales teams to understand customer business objectives, workflows, and
technical requirements. - Design solution approaches aligned to customer needs and Clear Capital capabilities.
Ensure technical commitments made during the sales process are scalable, supportable, and
operationally sound. - Solution Design & Product Demonstrations
- Oversee development of standardized and customized demonstrations by use case, workflow,
and customer segment. - Ensure demonstrations clearly communicate business outcomes and operational value — not
just product features. - Support solution packaging across valuation products, AVMs, analytics, APIs, workflow tools,
and data services. - Integration & Implementation Readiness
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer requirements
into implementation plans. - Ensure technical scoping and deployment readiness prior to go-live.
- Help facilitate smooth transitions from Sales to onboarding, implementation, and post-sale
support teams. - Act as a key feedback conduit between customers, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Partner with Customer Success to identify adoption risks tied to technical solution design.
- Help influence product roadmap discussions based on customer and market feedback.
- Industry & Technical Expertise
- Maintain expertise in mortgage and real estate workflows, valuation products, appraisal
modernization, and collateral risk management. - Stay current on APIs, integrations, cloud technologies, data security, and enterprise
implementation patterns. - Understand how property data, analytics, valuation products, and workflow technologies
support lending and servicing operations.
Who We Are Looking For
- Proven experience leading, mentoring, or scaling Solution Engineering or technical pre-sales
teams. - Strong background in technical sales, solution engineering, implementations, or
customer-facing technical consulting.Experience within mortgage technology, real estate technology, financial services, SaaS, or
data-driven organizations. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Strong organizational, operational, and cross-functional leadership skills.
- Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders, operational leaders, and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure, process, and scalability in growing organizations.
- Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with valuation workflows, appraisal modernization initiatives, UAD, or collateral risk
management. - Experience with Automated Valuation Models
- Experience with APIs, enterprise integrations, and workflow platforms.
- Background supporting SaaS, analytics, or data platform sales environments.
- Passion for developing people and improving how teams work together.

- Compensation: The base salary for this position ranges from $105,300- $137,200 annually,
depending on your location, experience, and qualifications. Additional compensation offerings include
