Pixlr Group is looking for a Senior Sales Executive who can manage enterprise sales conversations with confidence, warmth, and strong commercial judgement. This is a client-facing role for someone who can build trust quickly, represent Pixlr’s products with pride, and turn strong conversations into long-term business relationships.
You will manage the full sales cycle across Pixlr’s products and programmes, close qualified opportunities, and grow strategic accounts. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Support to convert demand into revenue and strengthen go-to-market execution.
The Job:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers and position Pixlr as a credible and valuable partner.
- Grow existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and deeper client engagement.
- Lead sales conversations with a clear understanding of customer needs and Pixlr’s product value.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts, and follow through across multiple opportunities.
- Work with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Support to improve conversion and support smooth commercial execution.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and commercial recommendations tailored to client requirements.
- Share market insights, competitor feedback, and customer signals to support positioning and sales strategy.
Requirements
The Person:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, ideally in Software as a Service (SaaS), software, digital platforms, or subscription-based products.
- Proven experience meeting or exceeding individual revenue targets.
- Comfortable managing the full sales cycle and engaging senior business stakeholders.
- Confident in presentations, proposals, commercial negotiations, and client follow-through.
- Able to balance relationship-building with commercial discipline and revenue accountability.
- Professional, energetic, and credible in client and partner interactions.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively across Marketing, Product, Legal, and Support.
- Experience in enterprise, business-to-business, or solution-based selling is an advantage.
