Requested Tasks
- Answer telephone and respond to caller inquiries in a pleasant manner
- Support sales teams with administrative tasks such as expense reports, processing invoices, etc.
- Assist sales and marketing team with a variety of internal and external tasks
- Generate reports, prepare proposals, collect details and coordinate with clients
- Prepare sales-related documents throughout the sales process
