What You'll Do:

The GTM Systems team is responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the technology ecosystem that powers CoreWeave's Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Finance organizations. We partner across the business to deliver reliable, scalable systems and processes that enable growth, improve operational efficiency, and support exceptional customer experiences.

As a Sr. Salesforce Administrator, you will own the administration, optimization, and scalability of Salesforce and related GTM technologies that support Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and implement scalable solutions, improve operational efficiency, and drive user adoption.

Who You Are:
  • 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience supporting enterprise organizations
  • Deep expertise with Salesforce Flows and declarative automation tools
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, role hierarchy, and sharing models
  • Experience supporting complex Sales and Revenue Operations business processes
  • Hands-on experience supporting GTM technologies such as Gong, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce and Okta integrations, including SSO, provisioning, authentication, and user lifecycle management
  • Experience working within SOX-controlled environments
  • Experience supporting or participating in M&A system integration initiatives
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
Preferred:
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS, cloud infrastructure, AI, or enterprise technology companies
  • Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce integrations
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and deployment tools such as Gearset, Copado, or similar solutions
  • Experience supporting Lead-to-Revenue, Quote-to-Cash, Customer Success, and Partner business processes

The base salary range for this role is $153,000 to $204,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
