Job Description

Enterprise Horizon Consulting Group is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Architect to support a critical project for our gov’t customer. The successful candidate will bring at least 10 years of experience overseeing the management, optimization, and design of SharePoint solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint solutions tailored to business needs. 
  • Manage user access, roles, and permissions within the SharePoint environment. 
  • Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of SharePoint data. 
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of SharePoint servers and applications. 
  • Develop and implement customizations, workflows, and automations within SharePoint. 
  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and user training for SharePoint users. 
  • Collaborate with IT teams to support integrations with ServiceNow and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools. 
  • Follow best practices for SharePoint architecture, administration, and governance. 

Location: This is a remote position but may require occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.  

Requirements
  • Active DOD Secret Clearance is required.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.   
  • IAT III certification (CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, GCIH, CCSP) required.  
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience with delivery and engineering management and ownership for Microsoft Office 365 based collaboration services to support Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ancillary products including Power Platform. 
  • Expertise in SharePoint architecture, design patterns, and best practices. 
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow development and ITSM integration. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI). 
  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (PowerShell, PnP, etc.). 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on performance tuning. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support diverse user groups. 
  • Experience with SharePoint Online (M365) migrations and hybrid environments. 
  • Familiarity with enterprise security frameworks and compliance requirements (DOD, NIST).
