Job Description
We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests using Python and Golang. You will work closely with developers and engineers to ensure that our platform is of the highest quality.

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and Golang
• Design and implement test automation frameworks
• Integrate test automation with CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand product requirements and develop effective test strategies
• Analyze test results and identify defects
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in software testing.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in software development and testing
• Extensive experience with Golang and Python
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, unit test, Go testing)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $140,700 - $239,200, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
