We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Software Engineer to join our elite team supporting a Fortune 100 Media & Entertainment client. In this role, you’ll architect and develop advanced web and mobile solutions — specifically using Flutter as a cross-platform language to build large mobile applications while working closely with other app development and technical teams, driving innovation, and ensuring high-quality technical outcomes.  In this role you will enable successful design, code, configuration management of new Flutter applications and deliver complex solutions for Digital Technology supporting business requirements. You will also research, design, document, and modify Flutter specifications throughout the life cycle of the applications.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • 8+ years of software development experience; 4+ years in web and mobile environments
  • Experience mentoring a team of other engineers.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter’s plugin ecosystem, BLoC,CMS Driven Widget Design, Atomic Design, Widget Trees, and other Flutter UI concepts with native Android/iOS development
  • Proven expertise in Dart and Flutter, including architecture and design patterns
  • Experience with localization within a Flutter application.
  • Strong understanding of mobile development principles (async programming, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, state management)
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks (unit, integration, golden tests)
  • Proficiency in multi-threading.
  • Proficiency with Git or similar version control systems
  • Experience setting up or managing CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience designing application architecture.
  • Strong experience in mobile architecture documentation skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Effective communicator and collaborator
  • Self-driven and able to work seamlessly as part of a distributed team
  • Focused on consistently delivering sustainable customer value
