What You’ll Do

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will drive critical projects, own core components, and enhance system performance. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions with minimal guidance while mentoring others and improving development processes.

Responsibilities
  • Own & Develop Features: Lead development of core features and systems with a focus on reliability, performance, and scalability.

  • Deliver High-Impact Solutions: Ship high-quality projects efficiently and ensure timely completion.

  • Solve Complex Problems: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively.

  • Enhance Processes: Improve development workflows and champion best practices.

  • Collaborate & Mentor: Lead small teams, foster cross-functional relationships, and mentor junior engineers.

  • Contribute to Engineering Culture: Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and diversity initiatives to strengthen the team.

Who You Are

You thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and excel at solving technical challenges. You value efficiency, simplicity, and impact-driven development.

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of software engineering experience with proven technical leadership.

  • You are comfortable picking up new coding languages or have prior experience developing in Node.js, Rust, React, or Python.

  • You value code simplicity, efficiency, and performance.

  • You have experience mentoring junior engineers and driving team improvements.

  • You have a deep understanding of modern development practices, architecture, and technologies.

  • You have excellent collaboration and communication skills.

  • Ability to work full-time from our Bellevue, WA office.
