We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our Incentive Experience team. The Incentive Experience team is responsible for the delivery of the member’s benefit, providing them information about their history of claims and the tools they need to maximize that benefit.
This role is open to remote candidates across the U.S. For candidates based in New York City, the position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office work required Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday each week.
What you will do:- Create compelling full-stack features that drive our users toward better healthcare choices
- Collaborate with other teams in the Financial Incentives area to improve the total claim fulfillment lifecycle
- Build fundamentally new capabilities aligned with Garner’s core emerging competitive strategy
- Engineering excellence and rigor - you are willing to take a step back and spend the extra cycles to get it right more often than you rush to ship fast
- Interest in mentoring, engineering leadership, and investing in team-building
- Autonomous delivery in concert with your team and stakeholders, and total ownership of your work

The target salary range for this position is $175,000 - $220,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to: flexible PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision plan options, 401(k), Teladoc Health and more.
