You’ll lead a talented group of engineers focused on delivering consumer-facing features and platform capabilities that drive business growth. What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of software engineers focused on improving customer acquisition, automation, and funding volumes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver impactful product features.
- Support engineers in their career growth through coaching, feedback, and development planning.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, ownership, and continuous learning.
- Monitor key product metrics and drive improvements through innovation and iteration.
- Establish and manage delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Address team-related challenges professionally and escalate when appropriate.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- 6+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Strong programming background, ideally with modern distributed systems
- Solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., MySQL, Postgres)
- Experience in collaborative coding environments (code reviews, pull requests, design refinement)
- Passion for technology and solving real-world problems
- A focus on delivering impactful features over perfect architecture
