About the team + role
The Credit Cards & Banking Platform team imagines, designs and builds the technical bedrock of our banking products, such as the Robinhood Gold Credit Card and our exciting new Private Banking offerings. Payments, transactions, money movement - it’s a complex and high-dimensional space where inspired execution propagates and has an outsized impact on the organization.

What you’ll do
Join a high-impact team that’s scaling to meet Robinhood’s growth and evolving product needs. In this role, you’ll:
- Architect, build and launch major new features that power Robinhood’s flagship Credit Card and Private Banking offerings.
- Build expertise and drive strategy on one of our multiple core business domains.
- Solve complex engineering challenges, from scaling distributed systems while ensuring rock-solid performance.
- Design systems that will support millions of users while enabling seamless integrations with world-class financial partners.
- Drive innovation at the intersection of software engineering and financial technology, shaping the backbone of the Robinhood Credit Card's success.
- Collaborate with a team of exceptional engineers who challenge and inspire you to reach beyond your potential.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$187,000—$220,000 USD

$165,000—$194,000 USD

$146,000—$172,000 USD
