We're looking for a Solutions Engineer ITSM/ESM to expand our growing business and team in the United Kingdom. Our Solutions Engineers are accustomed to solving our customer's hardest problems and closing our largest enterprise deals. In this role, you'll be working directly with the enterprise sales teams and channel partners to understand the needs of Atlassian's customers. You'll strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling value-based demonstrations, support enterprise Proof of Concepts, and ultimately close business. We're looking for a dynamic, collaborative team member supporting the Atlassian values. On paper, you have at least 5 years of experience interacting with enterprise customers in a pre-sales capacity. You also have a proven track of delivering successful customer outcomes with the ability to build trusted relationships with different stakeholders with the customer base. You have a deep knowledge and understanding of the ITSM/ESM domain. You have been working extensively with the UKI market. You're equally comfortable in both a business and technical context. You love to learn, are open to giving and receiving feedback, tolerate failure, love to win, hate to lose, and are passionate about making clients successful.

- Work with your team to investigate, discover, and assess client pain points and map client business and technical requirements to Atlassian capabilities
