What we are building

Mimica's mission is to empower enterprises, teams, and individuals to reclaim their most precious resource — time and work more efficiently, with greater purpose and impact.

Our AI-powered task mining observes employee actions across the desktop and categorizes them into detailed process maps. Mimica’s process intelligence highlights inefficiencies, prioritizes improvements based on ROI, recommends the optimal technology for automation (RPA, intelligent document processing, GenAI), and provides a blueprint for building new automations and transforming work.

Part of your day-to-day
  • Leading demos and supporting technical evaluations for the Mimica platform, ensuring a path to value realization and positive ROI.

  • Building and executing POC plans with success criteria, managing scopes, expectations, and timelines, and acting as the point of contact for questions, issues, or escalations.

  • Serving as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights to engineering and product teams and input for improvements and new feature development.

  • Contributing to product documentation by adding clear explanations, examples, and how-to guides.

  • Partnering with Marketing to deliver educational content such as blog posts, tutorials, and presentations.

  • Assisting BDRs in identifying compelling use cases and tailoring messaging to value drivers specific to each industry, vertical, or function.

  • Nurturing strong relationships with key decision-makers at all levels, turning them into advocates and champions.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor for customers, deepening relationships and driving account growth including renewals and upsells.

What you will bring
  • Background in Solution Architecture, Sales Engineering or Implementation/Management Consulting, shaping solutions that add strategic and quantitative value.

  • Experience in devising and delivering complex enterprise software/SaaS solutions, tying them to customers’ business initiatives, pain points and long-term roadmaps.

  • Track record of successfully scoping, managing and executing pilots and production implementations, overcoming objections and removing friction in the pre-sales process.

  • Superior communication skills with the ability to switch between being deep in the weeds and taking the 10,000-foot view when presenting to stakeholders.

  • Empathy and product intuition – absorbing and interpreting feedback and working through and with others across functions to continually evolve Mimica’s capabilities.

  • Desire to continuously learn and improve your knowledge of our platform, our differentiating value and advancements in the Intelligent Automation domain.

Bonus
  • Knowledge of AI, task mining, process transformation or related markets.

  • Experience in successfully introducing B2B products to the market and/or new verticals.

  • Comfortable working within high-growth environments – delivering value quickly and iteratively.
