We’re looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to partner closely with our Sales team and lead the technical side of customer evaluations. You will run discovery, translate business goals into technical requirements, design solutions, and deliver clear, compelling demos that show how Conversica fits into each prospect’s ecosystem. You will guide prospects through questions about integrations, data flows, security, and platform architecture, while mentoring a junior team member and helping build repeatable demo environments, playbooks, and assets that raise the technical confidence of the broader team. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the United States and is a customer-facing position, not a software engineering or coding role.
What You'll Do
- Lead technical discovery to understand prospect needs, systems, and integration requirements
- Deliver clear, compelling product demos tailored to both technical and business audiences
- Advise on architecture, data flows, integrations, and overall technical fit
- Support complex evaluations, including IT/security reviews, POCs, and pilots
- Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to ensure smooth handoffs into implementation
- Build demo assets, documentation, and repeatable processes that scale the Solutions function
- Mentor and guide another technical team member as they ramp into the role
What You Bring
- 4+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or technical pre-sales (SaaS preferred)
- Experience delivering live demos and technical presentations to customers or prospects
- Strong understanding of CRM/MAP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.)
- Ability to translate technical details into clear business value
- Comfort leading deeper technical conversations with IT and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
- Experience designing solutions across multiple systems or integrations
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and integration concepts
- Experience coaching or mentoring other technical or pre-sales team members
- Exposure to or interest in AI, automation, or conversational technology
We provide a competitive salary plus bonus, with total compensation tailored to experience and location. Our benefits include full health coverage, flexible time off, paid company holidays, 401(k), equity, and a fully remote work environment.
