Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in working with software development projects
- Strong understanding of software development processes, software design, and programming languages
- Proficient in creating comprehensive and detailed business requirement documents, use cases, user stories, and functional specification
- Knowledge of database systems, networking, and system architectures
- Ability to analyze complex data and processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Comfortable with data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns and trends and make data-driven decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively with the development team
- Proficient in research related to the industry and customer business and competition
