We support our team with a competitive compensation and benefits package, including:

What You Will Do - Essential Functions
The Senior Strategic Financial Analyst is a growth‑minded financial forecaster who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and business partnership. This role is critical to helping the organization scale sustainably while navigating complex reimbursement models, evolving regulations, and fluctuating patient and member census in support of our expanding in-home healthcare and behavioral health services. This role goes beyond producing forecasts and serves as a strategic thought partner to operations, clinical leadership, and executive teams, helping translate patient/member demand, staffing capacity, and reimbursement and revenue dynamics into actionable financial insights.
- Financial Forecasting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain financial forecasts; analyze forecast‑to‑actual variances and key performance drivers.
- Support budgeting, long‑range planning, scenario modeling, and ongoing evolution of forecasting processes.
- Modeling & Insights Development
- Build and refine census‑ and utilization‑driven models, including payer mix, volume, acuity, and reimbursement impacts.
- Conduct sensitivity analyses and create data‑driven business cases to inform growth, staffing, productivity, and service expansion.
- Cross‑Functional Partnership & Reporting
- Collaborate with Operations, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to translate performance trends and risks into actionable insights.
- Produce financial files, prepare leadership‑ready materials, support EAP pricing/reporting, and leverage automation to enhance scalability and accuracy.

Who You Are
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, forecasting, or healthcare financial analysis
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial planning tools
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, executive‑ready insights
- Ability to communicate clearly with both financial and non‑financial stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet reporting deadlines
- Ability to pass background check upon hire and throughout employment to include criminal felony & misdemeanor search, SSN validation/trace search (LEIE), education report (highest degree obtained), civil upper and lower search, 7-year employment report, federal criminal search, statewide criminal search, widescreen plus national criminal search, health care sanctions-state med (SAM), national sex offender registry, prohibited parties (OFAC) (terrorist watchlist), and a 10-Panel Drug Screen.

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed from home with company-provided equipment. Sitting for long periods of time is expected and use of fingers and hands for typing is necessary.
- A quiet workspace with minimal background noise for calls.
- High-speed internet service (cable or fiber optic) with minimum download Speed of 20 Mbps, Upload Speed of 5 Mbps, and Maximum Latency of 100 milliseconds (must be installed before starting) required.
- Frequent use of computer and phone systems
- Must be able to constantly remain in a stationary, sitting position, communicate and exchange information with others, inspect information, perform repetitive motions with arms and fingers, interpret data, problem solve, make decisions, organize and plan, and maintain a positive and professional attitude in all situations.
