The Senior Strategy Analyst, Go-to-market helps scope and execute against priority projects related to revenue optimization and deal structure diversification. The individual in this role will report to the Director of Strategy, Go-to-market and work with key leaders across Strategy, Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Finance to scope and drive critical cross-functional projects.

They will help refine and scale various approaches to Commercial and Go-to-market optimization, including a mix of primary research, market benchmarking, price elasticity analysis, and scenario analysis.

Main Responsibilities

  • Contribute analytical and strategic horsepower and lead key workstreams on high priority projects related to Commercial and Go-to-market initiatives. These projects will cover a range of topics including pricing and elasticity analyses, contract structure optimization, and refinement of Go-to-market models.

  • Play a key role in supporting new business development and contract renewals, including developing scenario analyses of different contract structures and fee levels.

  • Build a thorough understanding of Risepoint’s broader ecosystem (university partners,

  • students, competitors, other service providers) and associated market dynamics to help shape and refine our Go-to-market approach.

  • Build a thorough understanding of Risepoint’s offerings and unique value proposition, and how we add value to students and our university partners

  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and change priorities as the business needs change

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will be intellectually curious, strategically minded, commercially-oriented, and highly collaborative. They will be well-rounded with the ability to scope and execute strategic analyses as well as getting engage cross-functionally on the details of commercial negotiations, pricing, discounting and customer interactions. They will have a bias for action and handle high pressure situations in a professional and balanced manner.

  • 3+ years in management consulting or equivalent experience

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering impact through projects

  • Exceptional analytical skills – able to evaluate opportunities from strategic, financial, and operational perspectives

  • Strong communication (oral and written) skills

  • Experience in the OPM and Higher Education sectors is desirable but not essential

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

  • Fast-paced / Bias towards immediate action and results

  • Accessible, approachable, and collaborative
