Keeper is hiring a skilled and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to manage the full cycle, global recruitment process for a variety of positions across multiple departments and levels. This is a 100% remote position with an opportunity to work a hybrid schedule for candidates based in the Chicago, IL metro area.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a senior member of the team in driving recruitment efforts across key business areas, partnering with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire top-tier talent to meet our organization’s needs. You will be instrumental in shaping the talent strategy and driving the full recruitment cycle for mid-to-senior level roles, primarily focusing on sales, technology, and other critical functions.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll act as a strategic advisor, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience, guiding hiring managers through the selection process, and contributing to the ongoing development of our recruitment programs. Your expertise will help us attract the best talent to fuel the company's growth and innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the full cycle recruitment process by reviewing applications, corresponding with candidates and hiring managers, facilitating interview scheduling, sourcing candidates, and initiating new hire onboarding activities
  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements, and team dynamics
  • Create and manage job postings and applicant tracking (ATS) best practices
  • Use advanced sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, professional networks, and internal databases to identify top talent across industries
  • Facilitate candidate and hiring manager communications, providing real-time status updates to all involved parties
  • Assist and support other members of the Talent Acquisition team when needed
  • Serve as a mentor, trainer, and advisor to other team members
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment stats and candidate pipelines
  • Launch assessments, monitor progress and manage associated communications
  • Work collaboratively with HR and training teams to coordinate pre-employment screening and new hire onboarding activities
  • Facilitate new hire check-ins and monitor and share onboarding feedback, supporting a positive candidate and new employee experience
  • Create and update process documentation and communication templates, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and streamlining
  • Create, update and maintain recruitment reporting
  • Facilitate special projects for the talent acquisition and human resources teams
Requirements
  • 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Proven experience sourcing and recruiting top talent at all levels of the organization, from entry-level to senior executives
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency, job boards, social media)
  • Experience partnering with stakeholders and leadership in support of hiring plans, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively
  • Knowledge of employment law, as it relates to recruitment, with experience managing confidential information
  • Strong computer skills, proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.) and other productivity tools
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form with strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Ability to quickly establish relationships
  • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities with the ability to work effectively autonomously and as part of a team
  • Experience in tech or cybersecurity preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field or equivalent experience
