  • Proactively identify and resolve deployment challenges, collaborating cross-functionally to influence the product roadmap and drive feature enhancements.

  • Deliver high-touch post-sales engagement to drive product adoption, maximize customer satisfaction, and secure renewals.

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for customers, partners, and internal teams to support proofs of concept (PoCs) and sales enablement.

  • Develop and deliver advanced technical training and enablement content for Systems Engineers and field teams to strengthen technical acumen and empower success.

  • Act as the voice of the customer (VoC) during product testing, ensuring new features align with evolving market and security requirements.

  • Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to provide data-driven insights that shape product strategy and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent military/work experience.

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in IoT, OT, IIoT, IoMT, and network security, with deep expertise in network traffic analysis, threat detection, and security architecture design.

  • Comprehensive understanding of passive IoT security solutions, including device discovery, behavioral analysis, and anomaly detection.

  • Strong wired and wireless network architecture skills, with the ability to interpret complex customer network designs, data flows, and segmentation strategies.

  • Hands-on expertise with Network Access Control (NAC) and Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) solutions in complex, distributed environments.

  • Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

  • Extensive experience with passive network data collection solutions, including SPAN, RSPAN, ERSPAN, and network taps (e.g., Gigamon).

  • Proficiency in IoT/OT/IIoT/IoMT communication protocols, such as Modbus, DNP3, BACnet, MQTT, and OPC UA.
