We’re a diverse team of cyber and security experts, passionate technologists, and experienced product builders. We come from some of the largest national security, tech, cybersecurity, and data organizations on the planet.

We've raised more than $38 million from investors like General Catalyst and Red Cell Partners.

The future of cybersecurity isn't about better technology alone—it's about reimagining how humans and machines work together. Come build with us.

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Technical Product Manager to contribute towards the development and execution of our product vision. Additionally, this role will have a strong emphasis on establishing and managing strategic partnerships with third-party integration partners. This role is critical to shaping how external integrations are consumed, leveraged, and positioned to offer meaningful value to both our product and users. As a key member of the product team, this role will collaborate closely with engineering, internal stakeholders, and external partners to build an integration ecosystem that enhances the user experience and drives business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Partnership Management
    • Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with third-party technology partners.
    • Negotiate and manage technical and commercial agreements for integrations.
  • Integration Strategy
    • Define the strategy for how third-party integrations will fit into the overall product roadmap and provide value to users.
    • Develop a clear understanding of customer needs to prioritize integrations that drive user engagement and business impact.
  • Product Ownership
    • Act as the product owner for integration initiatives, defining requirements, user stories, and success criteria.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of integrations.
  • Customer Value Delivery
    • Work closely with design and product teams to define how integrations will be surfaced to and consumed by users.
    • Define success metrics to measure the adoption and impact of integrations on user experience and business outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate the value of integrations and support go-to-market strategies.
    • Provide training and enablement materials for internal teams on newly launched integrations.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, technical partnerships, or a related field
  • Experience working in cybersecurity
  • Strong technical background with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
  • Experience defining user stories, product requirements, and roadmaps.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly experiences and value propositions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with APIs, SaaS platforms, and integration tools is a strong plus.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Proven track record of successfully managing third-party technology partnerships and delivering integrations at scale.
  • Experience operating in a fast paced start-up environment where you have built and owned programs and processes from beginning to end

What We Can Offer:

  • An aggressively competitive salary, bonus, and equity package
  • 100% employer paid, comprehensive health insurance including medical, dental, and vision for you and your family
  • Unlimited PTO, with your manager’s approval
  • Flexible work environment where you manage your work day
  • A remote-first environment, with occasional travel to collaborate with customers, your team, and teammates from across the company in person
  • 14 weeks of fully-paid parental leave

Salary range: $170,000 -$200,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience, skills, and other factors.

And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
