About Invoca

Invoca is the leading AI-powered conversation intelligence platform that enables marketing, sales, customer experience, and contact center teams to understand and act on the information within every customer interaction. By revealing the intent behind every phone call, text, and chat, Invoca drives better customer experiences, increases revenue, and improves operational efficiency. We are a dynamic, fast-growing company with a collaborative culture and a passion for innovation.

Build the Future of Revenue-Driven Conversations

Are you a technical product leader passionate about the intersection of MarTech, privacy, and AI? Do you thrive on the challenge of navigating complex technical ecosystems to drive measurable business outcomes?

At Invoca, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to lead our evolution into multi-channel, revenue-oriented interactions. This role is at the heart of our platform, bridging the gap between sophisticated web attribution and the next generation of two-way conversational messaging. You will own the technical strategy for how we identify, attribute, and engage customers across the entire journey.

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Product Manager, you will lead the vision and strategy for Invoca’s attribution engine and our expanding SMS engagement capabilities. You will define the roadmap for our JavaScript Tag, attribution, interaction flows, and phone number management, including continuing to evolve our two-way SMS messaging capabilities geared toward driving revenue.

This is a high-impact role that requires a "self-starter" mentality, a deep sense of ownership, and a refusal to settle for the status quo. You will report to the Senior Director, Product Management as a key individual contributor, ensuring our platform remains compliant and performant in an increasingly complex privacy landscape.

How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Strategy & Roadmap: Execute the roadmap for attribution features, prioritizing self-serve configuration and intuitive setup.
  • Multi-Channel Innovation: Lead the expansion into two-way SMS messaging for revenue-driving use cases.
  • Technical Ownership: Manage requirements for JavaScript, tags/pixels, consent management, and attribution, including browser privacy changes and server-side tracking.
  • Compliance Management: Oversee business and phone number registration with carriers, including 10DLC and toll-free messaging policies.
  • AI Integration: Partner with AI teams to develop agentic experiences that make platform configuration more intuitive.
  • Full-Lifecycle Leadership: Own discovery, design, execution, and iteration based on performance metrics and customer feedback.
  • Some Travel: Participate in customer on-sites, industry conferences, internal concept sprints, and "hackstarts" to drive product discovery and innovation.
  • Stakeholder Influence: Communicate technical concepts to engineering and business teams while acting as the product owner for an agile scrum team.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Experience: 5–7 years in technical product management within B2B SaaS or enterprise MarTech/AI.
  • Technical Depth: Expert knowledge of JavaScript, consent management, and multi-touch visitor journeys.
  • Messaging Expertise: Experience SMS-enabling businesses, including knowledge of 10DLC/Toll-Free carrier rules.
  • AI Knowledge: Familiarity with agentic AI, LLMs, or modern orchestration frameworks.
  • Execution: A track record of solving complex technical problems with urgency and accountability.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills and the ability to succeed in ambiguous environments.

This role is remote and open to candidates located in the United States and Canada only. Please note that we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position at this time.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
