NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our CSP Engagements team, focusing on system software for Datacenter products such as GB200. This role combines deep technical expertise in data center system software with world-class program management skills to deliver breakthrough solutions for next-generation platforms like GB200. You'll be the critical liaison between NVIDIA's ground breaking R&D teams and hyperscale CSPs, ensuring seamless execution of sophisticated, high-visibility programs that power the global AI revolution.

Do you want to join a team of highly motivated and experienced program managers who drive the successful introduction of NVIDIA's next generation GPU/CPU based products? We work closely with internal leaders in Software, Hardware, Firmware, Marketing and Operations to ensure the SW team delivers outstanding products while operating across multiple functional units and all levels of management to achieve Time-To-Market. As part of the team, your knowledge of driver, firmware, diagnostics and the SW stack development processes and priorities will enable you to swiftly make the course adjustments needed to keep these sophisticated projects on track!

What you will be doing:

  • Drive strategic CSP partnerships, collaborate with key hyperscale CSPs to align project schedules, priorities, and technical roadmaps for next-generation data center platforms.

  • Manage complex technical collaborations proactively, identifying and resolving critical issues before they impact customer deployments.

  • Orchestrate internal team member alignment ensuring CSP priorities are reflected across NVIDIA's engineering, product, and business.

  • Build comprehensive customer program visibility through executive dashboards, status reports, and metrics tracking that provide real-time insights into CSP project health, risks, and milestone achievement.

  • Lead large-scale deployment programs managing multi-rack, hyperscale infrastructure rollouts with complex technical dependencies, timeline coordination, and resource alignment across multiple internal teams.

What we need to see:

  • Deep technical background in data center server software architectures, server software/hardware co-development, Linux kernel internals, networking, and multi-rack scalability challenges.

  • Strong program management skills including project planning, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional team leadership.

  • Expert level knowledge and implementation details of server manageability (OpenBMC, Redfish, SBIOS, RAS) and observability technologies.

  • Customer-facing experience with enterprise customers or CSPs, including technical discussions, escalation management, and executive-level communication.

  • Experience with engineering management or program management for rack scale systems, data center servers, and complex hardware/software integration projects.

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders and drive alignment across diverse teams and organizations.

  • Proven track record to manage multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities, tight deadlines, and high-visibility customer commitments.

  • BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 8+ years of technical program management experience in HPC or data center server software development.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior hands-on technology development experience in out-of-band manageability and observability solutions, system software/Linux kernel driver development, CUDA programming, or LLM/AI framework development.
