  • Build and maintain dependency maps across teams, services, and infrastructure components.

  • Identify execution risks early and coordinate mitigation strategies.

  • Manage program execution to ensure milestones reflect realistic engineering sequencing and delivery timelines.

  • Provide clear written and verbal updates on execution status, risks, and key decisions.

  • Employ Agentic AI productivity tools to drive key processes

  • Expand the use of AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual operational work and improve execution efficiency.

  • Anticipate bottlenecks and sequencing conflicts before they impact delivery.

  • Continuously identify opportunities to remove friction from the development and deployment pipeline, enabling engineering teams to ship faster while maintaining reliability.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in technical program management or complex project leadership.

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

  • Demonstrated success coordinating large cross-team technical initiatives.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple complex dependencies simultaneously.

  • Familiarity with engineering workflows, system design discussions, and technical delivery processes.

  • Experience using Linear, Notion, Confluence, or similar engineering tools.
