Description of the Team
This role sits within the CIO Strategy & Transformation organization, which partners closely with IT, Corporate Development, Security, Legal, Finance, People Technology, and business leaders to scale CoreWeave through disciplined, repeatable transformation initiatives. The team focuses on building operating models, systems, and technology foundations that support hyper-growth, including mergers and acquisitions.
About the role
We are seeking a Technical Program Manager, M&A Systems Integration to own the end-to-end planning and execution of IT and systems integration for mergers and acquisitions at CoreWeave. In this role, you will design and operate a repeatable M&A integration playbook and serve as the technical program owner for individual deals from diligence through full post-close integration. You will drive Day 0, Day 1, and post–Day 1 execution across enterprise systems, infrastructure, and data while managing dependencies, risks, and executive-level reporting. The role partners deeply with cross-functional IT and business teams to ensure continuity, security, and a scalable end-state architecture.
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Program Management, or a closely related role delivering large, cross-functional technology initiatives
Hands-on experience leading IT and systems integration for M&A or post-merger integration programs
Proven experience operating across multiple enterprise IT domains, including identity and access management, endpoint/device management, collaboration platforms, ERP/finance systems, data platforms, or infrastructure
Ability to analyze and document technical architectures across identity, applications, integrations, networking, and data, and convert them into executable integration plans
Demonstrated experience building integrated program plans, managing schedules and dependencies, tracking risks and issues, and driving change management
Experience partnering with engineers and architects on integration platforms, APIs, automation, and event-driven workflows
Strong capability using metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to measure integration readiness, execution progress, and outcomes
Experience operating in fast-paced, time-bound M&A environments while balancing execution speed with risk management and compliance requirements
Prior experience integrating IT systems in cloud infrastructure, data center, or high-growth SaaS environments
Familiarity with SOX, SOC 2, or similar compliance frameworks and their impact on M&A system integrations
Exposure to GenAI-enabled automation, AI agents, or workflow tooling applied to system migrations, data mapping, or IT support during M&A

The base salary range for this role is $143,000 to $210,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

Our Workplace
While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets. New hires will be invited to attend onboarding at one of our hubs within their first month. Teams also gather quarterly to support collaboration
