Join NVIS Internal Strategy Team as Senior Technical Program Manager. Lead cross-functional software programs from concept to delivery. Suited for individuals enthusiastic about improving AI Factory delivery efficiency and scalability with outstanding program management techniques in a dynamic, innovative atmosphere.

What you'll be doing:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of multiple software development programs, from prioritizing, planning, and execution through launch and post-production support

  • Coordinate efforts across internal developers, external vendor developers, Engineering, Product, and field delivery teams to ensure successful program outcomes

  • Define program structures, manage dependencies, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure timely, high-quality delivery

  • Responsible for assessing the product release-readiness status, anticipate risk, and provide strategies to mitigate risk

  • Consistently update collaborators on program progress and important issues, including senior leadership

  • Work closely with developers on architectural discussions and challenge design choices that we make

  • Work with developers and QA teams on test plans, execution, reviews, failure analysis and assess overall quality and risk

  • Identify failures, lead retrospective analysis, and help to develop improvement action plans

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related technical field

  • 12+ years of program management experience within software development, including large-scale technical program ownership

  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid development frameworks applied in technical environments

  • Willingness to work with distributed team members across different time zones

  • Proven track record of delivering solutions when needed, while navigating a fast-paced environment with frequent shift in priorities

  • Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities with a focus on thoroughness and rapid context switching

  • In depth understanding of software engineering principles, quality requirements and release management

  • Ability to think strategically and tactically, influence decisions, build consensus, and foster collaboration across teams to make programs successful

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to a broad audience

  • Ability to lead technical discussions, identify trade-offs, and drive decisions with both technical and non-technical collaborators

Ways to Stand Out from the Crowd

  • Experience with data center operations, DC hardware deployment, cluster bring up and validation, software development, infrastructure technologies, and/or GPU technology is a plus

  • Prior experience in infrastructure software, production application software development, software development, release and support methodology and devops

  • Experience building and delivering software products using AI/ML solutions

  • 5+ years programming of a modern programming language is highly desired

  • Strategic approach paired with hands-on execution capability

The base salary range is 192,000 USD - 304,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
