Ready to be a Titan?

At ServiceTitan, we're on a mission to build the best software for the trades. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to drive complex, high-impact initiatives that increase visibility, improve cross-functional alignment, and deliver scalable, high-quality products—on time.

In this role, you’ll help shape the way we deliver software by building systems that enhance team communication, promote agile discipline, reduce operational inefficiencies, and bring more predictability to our roadmap. You’ll work at the center of Product, Engineering, Strategy, and Customer Success—bringing structure, transparency, and impact to everything you touch.

What You’ll Do
  • Own the Lifecycle: Manage and drive multiple large-scale programs from planning through execution to delivery.

  • Strategic Alignment: Develop and launch programs that directly support company and org-wide strategic goals.

  • Metrics-Driven Execution: Define, monitor, and report on success metrics; use data to guide decisions and surface insights.

  • Program Leadership: Build timelines, resourcing plans, and operating cadences; manage budgets and assess program health continuously.

  • Team Enablement: Lead cross-functional teams with clear ownership, accountability, and a bias for action.

  • Communication Champion: Establish structured communications to keep all stakeholders aligned and informed.

  • Proactive Risk Management: Identify blockers, manage escalations, and course-correct quickly to maintain momentum.

  • Executive Visibility: Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, tradeoffs, and decisions.

  • Process Optimization: Improve and scale delivery processes, reduce friction, and embed agility across teams.

  • Drive Accountability: Use influence and insight to create a culture of ownership across all levels of the business.

  • Collaborate Deeply: Partner with fellow TPMs, Product Managers, Engineering Leaders, and more to move initiatives forward.

  • Tools: Operate comfortably with tools like JIRA, Confluence, G Suite, and whatever helps us move faster.

What you'll bring:

  • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent, managing complex software development initiatives across multiple teams.

  • Proven expertise in Agile methodologies; PMP, CSM, Lean, or Six Sigma certification a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

  • A data-first mindset; you use metrics to inform actions and measure outcomes.

  • A natural collaborator who builds trust and alignment across functions.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity.

  • Comfortable presenting to executive leadership and influencing at all levels.

  • Passionate about continuous improvement—for yourself, your programs, and the teams you support.

  • You’re curious, driven, and excited to build something meaningful.
