  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Engineering Practices
    • Foster tight collaboration with Engineering (Platform teams, Purple Engineering, Purple AI), Product Strategy, Analyst Experience, and Product Engineering to ensure alignment and successful delivery of critical AI/HA features and Global Tenancy.
    • Champion best engineering practices, including continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD), testing methodologies, and code quality, within the context of the program.
    • Act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, providing clear communication and managing expectations across teams.
  • Technical Program Management
    • Identify and manage complex technical dependencies across multiple teams and systems.
    • Proactively identify and mitigate risks to program success, escalating issues to leadership as needed.

  • Stakeholder Management
    • Communicate program status, risks, and achievements to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
    • Guide existing organizations and leaders through the evolution of service delivery models, particularly the new TDR path through Channel/Partner sales motions.
    • Build consensus and alignment on priorities, equities, and help executives navigate complex decision-making.
