• Manage a backlog of work.
• Gather and document technical, functional, and business requirements.
• Track project status for all legacy application projects for Parametric, identifying potential delays and risks and communicating project status on a timely and regular basis.
• Participate and lead complex project planning sessions; comfortable applying both waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage and monitor project issues, risks, budget, and escalations.
• Work with the project teams to improve processes and remove roadblocks.
Qualifications:
• 5+years of experience building and leading agile teams to deliver effective enterprise solutions preferably in financial services organization.
• Experience with leading, managing and participating in cross-functional IT, Infrastructure, Cloud projects.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure domains: cloud, networking, storage, virtualization, high availability, and disaster recovery.
• Effective communication and leadership skills that produce effective and collaborative cross-functional teams.
• Highly tuned process analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in small, mid, and large-scale project management, including the management of project teams.
• Ability to deliver under stress in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• In-depth experience with Jira and Confluence; knowledge and workflow management.
Desired Skills:
• PMP, CSM certifications strongly preferred
• Leadership experience as a Project Manager or roles in similar capacity
• Strong experience managing AWS or Azure projects
• Passion for people, learning and innovation
• Process driven and structured
