Job Description
1. Functional Testing in Java/J2EE, Python Scripting Language and SELENIUM
2. To lead| guide| manage | engage and develop the team.
3. To manage customer expectations on deliverables.
4. To participate in organization initiatives like CMMI compliance | DQI.
5. To project manage the testing project like estimating| resource management and scheduling with reference to testing work assignation etc.
6. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client and team.
