ONSITE OPPORTUNITY
This role is required to be full-time in office in Eugene, Oregon. As a result, only candidates in Eugene or surrounding municipalities should apply.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Senior Technical Support Representative requires strong technical knowledge and communication skills. This role serves as an escalation point for complex problems, assists junior team members, and liaises across internal departments to drive solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Diagnose and resolve advanced support issues, particularly those involving APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SEO, and IDX integrations.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to junior team members to foster professional growth and improve resolution rates.
- Act as a key support liaison to Product, QA, Engineering, Sales, and Partner teams if needed.
- Approve or escalate refund/credit requests as appropriate.
- Provide guidance and training to external developers and partner firms.
- Participate in partner meetings and collaborate on complex client issues.
- Stay up to date on IDX technology, SEO trends, and web development best practices.
- Performs other duties as requested by management.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in technical support required, ideally with exposure to the real estate tech or IDX industry.
- Proficiency in web technologies, APIs, and analytics tools.
- Deep familiarity with SEO practices, canonical URLs, and indexing.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Jira and bug tracking experience required.
- Experience supporting Wix or WordPress sites a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, effective resolutions.
