We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UKG (Kronos) Consultant with deep expertise in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro, specializing in Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics. This role involves working on seamless integrations between UKG/Kronos and leading HCM platforms such as Workday and PeopleSoft.


We seek a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives both independently and in collaborative environments. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively engage with end-users and IT teams, ensuring smooth implementations and optimized workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and support UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro solutions for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
  • Design and develop integrations between UKG/Kronos and HCM platforms like Workday and PeopleSoft.
  • Manage and optimize UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users.
  • Stay updated with UKG (Kronos) best practices, product updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of IT experience, with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management applications.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro.
  • Fluent English
  • Expertise in UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics.
  • Strong background in developing integrations between UKG/Kronos and major HCM applications like Workday and PeopleSoft.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage directly with end-users and IT teams.
  • Experience in the retail industry is a plus.

Work Schedule

  • US Eastern Time Zone (8 AM – 5 PM ET)
