Job Description:

We are seeking self-motivated, out-of-the-box thinkers prepared to challenge requirement-focused development with a user-centered design process built around empathy. This role is part of a high-impact R&D pod designed to provide "fire power" to the enterprise by driving a funnel of disruptive ideas. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where ambiguities and priority changes are common, and you must maintain a "can-do" attitude while juggling a multitude of projects.

Our UX professional will drive the product experience through research discovery and solution framing to deliver industry-leading business solutions. As a member of the R&D team, you will showcase the "art of the possible" in our state-of-the-art innovation center, utilizing AI platforms and visualization tools to refine features from ideation to implementation.

Goals of the R&D Team

• Drive disruptive ideas: Power the enterprise funnel to identify "superstar" products.

• Agentic AI World: Leverage LLMs to radically change design roles, producing backlogs, test scripts, and code from Figma prototypes in minutes.

• High-Speed Prototyping: Move quickly from idea to POC (Proof of Concept) and MVP (Minimum Viable Product).

• Continuous Learning: Explore an immense variety of data, models, and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Strategy: Collaborate with technical product managers and engineers to design experiences that drive revenue and enhance customer retention.

• UX Engineering: Build and maintain multiple prototypes, POCs, and MVPs while understanding how HTML, JavaScript, and CSS inform interaction decisions.

• Technical Innovation: Integrate GenAI into production solutions and use AI tools to streamline the design-to-code pipeline.

• Research & Analysis: Plan and implement user research strategies using qualitative and quantitative methodologies, including interviews and usability tests.

• Asset Creation: Create process flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, illustrations, animations, and icons.

• Leadership: Serve as an SME for customer experience, coaching other designers and leading discussions on UX/UI standards.

Job Qualifications:

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, or similar role.

Education: BA/BS in graphic design, psychology, HCI, or a related field.

Portfolio: A strong online portfolio demonstrating past work, extensive data visualization, and user-centered design solutions is required.

Core Toolset: * Design: Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and Adobe XD.

• Creative: Competent command of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Research/Analysis: Proficiency in UserZoom, Hotjar, Optimal Workshop, UXPin, Excel, SPSS, Python, and Google BigQuery.

Technical Skills: * Experience working with detailed data and analytics engines.

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) to guide interaction decisions.

• Experience with Design Systems, atomic design methodology, and Accessibility/Inclusive design.

Professional Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and explain business needs to technical personnel.
