The Big Picture:

TopDog Law is building a marketing engine that combines bold brand storytelling with frictionless digital experiences. We’re seeking a Full-Stack UX Designer (75% UX / 25% Visual & Email Design) to take ownership of user journeys across:

  • websites
  • landing pages
  • interactive flows
  • email experiences
  • performance campaigns

Your primary focus will be understanding user behavior, structuring intuitive flows, and optimizing for conversion. You’ll also contribute to brand-forward visual assets that amplify our identity. You’ll report directly to the Director of Web Development and collaborate closely with the Director of Creative Lab, performance marketing, and decision science. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment where design drives measurable business results.

What You'll Do:

At TopDog, every touchpoint is a performance channel, and design is how we turn attention into action. You will:

UX & Product Design
  • Lead UX design for high-traffic landing pages, the website, and campaign experiences (research, wireframes, prototypes, final designs).
  • Design experiences optimized for React/Next.js or WordPress environments—understanding component-based structures, responsiveness, and performance constraints.
  • Create user flows and interactions that maximize clarity, trust, and conversion across web and email.
Research & Experimentation
  • Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and screen recordings.
  • Apply learnings to improve flows, structure, messaging, and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate on A/B tests and data-driven UX experiments.
Cross-Functional Execution
  • Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, performant implementation.
  • Partner with decision science to translate behavioral insights into UX improvements.
  • Communicate design rationale clearly to creative and non-creative stakeholders.
Visual & Brand Design (25% of role)
  • Create on-brand graphics, layouts, and supporting visuals for:
    • digital ads
    • email campaigns
    • social content
    • branding initiatives
    • large-format OOH (including billboards)
  • Develop compelling visual concepts that reflect the bold TopDog identity.
Design System Ownership
  • Maintain and evolve the TopDog design system.
  • Ensure consistency across UX, visual assets, and multi-channel experiences.

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing high-impact digital experiences.
  • Strong skills in UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.
  • Experience designing graphics/visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven design optimization.
  • Ability to conduct or synthesize user research and usability findings into actionable design changes.
  • Ability to design ad-focused graphics using strong visual storytelling, clean typography, and effective layout techniques that align with brand identity.
  • Strong creativity and initiative in developing original ad concepts, from digital campaigns to large-scale formats such as billboards, with the ability to translate creative ideas into bold, attention-grabbing visuals.
  • Strong communication skills; able to present design work clearly and persuasively.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.

Why TopDog Law Is The Place To Be:

  • Join the fastest-growing law firm in the U.S. and be part of a team driven by momentum, innovation, and real impact 🚀
  • Work fully remote from anywhere, supported by a high-performance culture built on speed, accountability, and results 💻
