Company Overview

Deepgram is the leading platform underpinning the emerging trillion-dollar Voice AI economy, providing real-time APIs for speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS), and building production-grade voice agents at scale. More than 200,000 developers and 1,300+ organizations build voice offerings that are ‘Powered by Deepgram’, including Twilio, Cloudflare, Sierra, Decagon, Vapi, Daily, Cresta, Granola, and Jack in the Box. Deepgram’s voice-native foundation models are accessed through cloud APIs or as self-hosted and on-premises software, with unmatched accuracy, low latency, and cost efficiency. Backed by a recent Series C led by leading global investors and strategic partners, Deepgram has processed over 50,000 years of audio and transcribed more than 1 trillion words. There is no organization in the world that understands voice better than Deepgram.

Company Operating Rhythm

At Deepgram, we expect an AI-first mindset—AI use and comfort aren’t optional, they’re core to how we operate, innovate, and measure performance.

Every team member who works at Deepgram is expected to actively use and experiment with advanced AI tools, and even build your own into your everyday work. We measure how effectively AI is applied to deliver results, and consistent, creative use of the latest AI capabilities is key to success here. Candidates should be comfortable adopting new models and modes quickly, integrating AI into their workflows, and continuously pushing the boundaries of what these technologies can do.

Additionally, we move at the pace of AI. Change is rapid, and you can expect your day-to-day work to evolve just as quickly. This may not be the right role if you’re not excited to experiment, adapt, think on your feet, and learn constantly, or if you’re seeking something highly prescriptive with a traditional 9-to-5.

Opportunity

Deepgram is looking for a Website Manager to serve as the operational backbone of Deepgram.com. In this senior-level individual contributor role, you will oversee the governance, optimization, and evolution of our most critical marketing asset. You will act as the bridge between marketing strategy and technical execution, managing the website backlog and coordinating complex updates across design and engineering teams.

This is an ideal role for a Web Project Manager or Digital Marketing Operations expert who thrives on structure, cares deeply about user experience (UX), and loves using data to turn a website into a high-performing growth engine.

What You'll Do
  • Own the Web Lifecycle: Take full ownership of Deepgram.com updates, from routine content publishing and page builds to complex architectural changes within our CMS.

  • Project Management & Governance: Manage the intake of requests from GTM, Product Marketing, and Executive teams. You will act as the "gatekeeper" of the site, rigorously prioritizing the backlog based on business impact and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently.

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate seamless execution between Design, Engineering, and external contractors/agencies to bring new pages and features to life on time and within scope.

  • CRO & Performance: Partner with the growth team to support CRO experimentation. You will set up A/B tests, track landing page performance, and implement data-driven optimizations to improve conversion rates.

  • QA & Standards: Maintain rigorous Quality Assurance (QA) standards. You are the final line of defense for brand consistency, broken links, mobile responsiveness, and web accessibility (WCAG) compliance.

  • SEO Execution: Support technical and on-page SEO initiatives, managing metadata, schema markup, internal linking strategies, and content hierarchy to ensure maximum organic visibility.

Who You Are
  • Experienced Web Ops Pro: 5+ years of experience in web project management, website operations, or digital marketing, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

  • CMS Expert: You have deep, hands-on experience with modern Headless CMS platforms (e.g., Contentful, Sanity) or visual builders (e.g., Webflow) and understand the mechanics of publishing workflows.

  • Technical Fluency: While not necessarily a developer, you are comfortable reading HTML/CSS, understanding how APIs fetch content, and communicating effectively with engineering teams.

  • Data-Driven: You are proficient with analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Heap, etc.) and understand how to interpret traffic and conversion data to make informed decisions.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a "measure twice, cut once" mentality. You are comfortable managing multiple ticketing streams (Jira, Asana, etc.) and keeping stakeholders informed.

  • SEO Knowledgeable: You understand the fundamentals of technical SEO and how site structure impacts search rankings.

It Would Be Great If You Had
  • Experience migrating or replatforming a corporate website.

  • Basic frontend development skills (HTML/CSS/JS).

  • Experience with localized/internationalized websites.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
