About The Role 

As the Senior Website Optimization Manager, you will be a key leader in shaping and executing the company’s website strategy. You will own the overall website experience, leading optimization efforts for user experience (UX), conversion rate optimization (CRO), and organic SEO. This role requires strategic thinking, data analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that the website aligns with broader business objectives and is optimized for both organic search and paid traffic.

You will work closely with the Content Operations Manager to ensure content is optimized for both SEO and user engagement and PPC agency to ensure that paid campaigns complement website strategies.

Website Strategy & Optimization:

  • Own the website strategy to align with business objectives, ensuring it supports lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize website performance, focusing on CRO, UX, and engagement.
  • Develop and execute A/B testing, heatmaps, and analytics-driven experiments to improve conversions

SEO & Content Optimization

  • Lead the SEO strategy, ensuring technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy align with search ranking goals
  • Collaborate with the Content Operations Manager to optimize content for SEO, user engagement, and lead conversion.
  • Partner with developers and designers to ensure website structure, internal linking, and metadata are optimized for search visibility.

Collaboration with Demand Gen & PCC Team

Work with the PPC agency to optimize landing pages and ensure seamless alignment between paid campaigns and website experience.Own the creation and optimization of landing pages for webinars, events, and lead-generation campaigns.

Leadership & Reporting

  • Lead Cross-Function Teams: collaborate with web development, content, design, analytics teams and manage external agencies to ensure all digital efforts are aligned with the broader marketing strategy.
  • Measure & Report on Website Performance: Define KPIs and success metrics, reporting on website traffic, engagement, bounce rates, and conversion rates to senior leadership. 

Drive Long-Term Digital Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends in website experience, AI-drive

Ideally You Would Have

  • Experience & Leadership
    • 5+ years of experience in website strategy, SEO, CRO, and digital marketing.
    • Proven track record in leading website optimizations that drive measurable growth.
    • Experience managing cross-functional teams and working with external agencies.
  • Technical & Analytical Expertise
    • Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Looker, and A/B testing tools.
    • Experience with content management systems (Webflow, HubSpot) and website performance optimization.
    • Understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, and on-page optimization.
  • Collaboration & Education
    • Experience working with PPC teams to optimize landing pages for paid campaigns.
    • Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce campaign management and Qualified (or similar AI-driven chat tools).
