Skillcentrix partners with organizations live on Workday to deploy Phase X enhancements that expand and optimize their Talent, Recruiting, and Learning capabilities. Our Implementation Practice supports clients through the design, configuration, and deployment of additional functionality—helping them continue to evolve their Workday investment.

As a Senior Workday HCM Implementation Consultant, you will support and deliver Phase X deployments for clients already live on Workday. You will work closely with client stakeholders to design, configure, test, and deploy enhancements across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning, partnering with implementation leads and project teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Support client workshops to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Phase X deployments
  • Advise clients on Workday leading practices across Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning
  • Configure Workday functionality to support Phase X enhancements and evolving business needs
  • Support implementation activities across the Phase X lifecycle, including configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment stabilization
  • Partner with clients to refine business processes and drive adoption of newly deployed capabilities
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with client stakeholders and internal Skillcentrix team members
  • Mentor and support less experienced consultants on delivery activities
  • Contribute to internal initiatives that improve implementation assets, accelerators, and delivery standards

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM implementation experience, including Phase X deployments
  • Active Workday certification(s) in Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience configuring Workday in a Phase X or post–go-live implementation environment
  • Strong understanding of Recruiting, Talent, and/or Learning business processes
  • Experience working in a consultative, client-facing delivery role
  • Ability to mentor or support junior consultants
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 20% (travel is infrequent but may be required periodically)
