Mayvin is seeking a Senior Workforce and Data Analyst to support the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) in Washington, D.C. The selected candidate will provide advanced workforce analysis expertise in support of critical mission priorities across the Judiciary.


Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must undergo and pass a background investigation.

This position is contingent upon award.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide expertise in workforce analysis, statistical modeling, operations research, and development of defensible staffing methodologies
  • Establish workforce baselines, analyze workload and risk drivers, evaluate the existing staffing methodology, and develop or refine scalable staffing models applicable across diverse Judiciary environments
  • Apply statistical analysis, facility segmentation, scenario and sensitivity testing, and qualitative validation to determine meaningful staffing drivers and test model performance
  • Work with security and data analytics SMEs to ensure operational factors are appropriately represented and analytical assumptions and limitations are documented
  • Create staffing equations, methodologies, and supporting tools that are transparent, repeatable, statistically defensible, and maintainable by AOUSC
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Minimum nine (9) years of relevant professional experience in workforce analytics
  • Proven experience conducting workforce analysis and developing statistically defensible staffing methodologies for complex operational environments
  • Demonstrated ability to build and refine scalable staffing models using statistical analysis, operations research techniques, scenario testing, and qualitative validation
  • Experience collaborating with security and data analytics subject matter experts to ensure operational factors, assumptions, and model limitations are accurately represented

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous Federal Court protection experience
  • Previous State or County Court protection experience
