We are seeking a mid-level SEO Specialist (3–5 years of experience) to support and execute SEO strategies across a portfolio of clients. This role is ideal for someone who can independently own on-page and content optimization, contribute to technical SEO initiatives, and collaborate closely with analytics, content, and development teams.
You’ll play a key role in translating data into actionable recommendations that improve organic visibility, traffic quality, and conversion outcomes
Responsibilities: Technical SEO Support- Support technical SEO audits (crawlability, indexation, site performance, structured data)
- Identify and document issues related to site health using tools and manual review
- Partner with developers to implement fixes and validate changes
- Contribute to ongoing SEO best practices and governance
- Own on-page SEO execution across client websites (metadata, internal linking, content structure, schema recommendations, etc)
- Conduct keyword research and map opportunities to content and site architecture
- Optimize existing content and partner with content teams on new content creation
- Ensure alignment between search intent, content experience, business goals, and SEO best practices
- Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console (GSC) and analytics platforms (GA4, etc.)
- Translate data into insights and actionable recommendations
- Support measurement frameworks that connect SEO efforts to business outcomes
- Utilize industry tools (such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog) for audits, research, and monitoring
- Contribute to scalable workflows and documentation for SEO delivery
- Partner with Behavioral Analytics, CRO, and Strategy teams to align SEO with broader digital initiatives
- Support integrated campaigns that connect SEO, content, and experimentation
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to recommendations and presentations
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house)
- Strong experience with on-page optimization and content strategy
- Working knowledge of technical SEO concepts (indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals)
- Experience using SEO tools (such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Moz, BrightEdge, Screaming Frog, Answer the Public, Surfer, Clearscope, BuzzSumo)
- Familiarity with analytics platforms (GA4 preferred)
- Ability to translate data into clear insights and recommendations
- Strong communication, project management, and collaboration skills
- Experience or curiosity in search trends, including AEO and GEO
- Experience working with CMS platforms (Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Optimizely CMS)
- Exposure to experimentation or CRO
- Understanding of schema markup and structured data
- Experience working in a data-driven or integrated digital team
- Familiarity with building performance dashboards
- Frequent sitting at a desk performing work on a computer

Compensation Range: $65,000 - 80,000 USD Annually
Please note that compensation packages are finalized after the interview process is concluded. We use a competency-based approach to base pay, which means it is based on the competencies and skills demonstrated for this role.
