- Ability to apply in-depth level of technical skills to solve common and complex technical issues

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent IT experience
- Ability to obtain a technical certification e.g. A+, Security+, MSCA, MCSE, MCP, Microsoft 365, or equivalent within six months of hire
- 4+ years of Information Technology support experience with advanced troubleshooting skills
- Demonstrated mastery of essential skills within a discipline and advanced competency in at least two specialized skill areas such as WAN, network printers, and desktops
- Ability to act as a mentor to others learning essential and advanced skills
- Proven expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Windows desktop, and Windows operating systems.
- Proven knowledge of Active Directory user, group, computer, and resource management
- Demonstrated extensive knowledge of WAN technology, wireless technology, and network printing
- Demonstrated extensive software, application, PC hardware, and printer hardware troubleshooting
- Intermediate experience supporting specialty applications
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include periodic shift changes, weekends, on-call, and possible occasional off-site travel
- Valid Texas driver's license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a technical field
- 2+ years of PC on-site service or PC system experience
- 1+ years of Windows Server support or Windows Security experience
- Experience utilizing IT Service Management systems and remote control tools
- Experience providing technical support by phone in an automatic call distribution system
- Proven knowledge of iOS, MacOS, and Chrome OS operating systems
- Experience providing extensive hardware support
- Demonstrated attention to detail and flexibility in a high service-oriented environment
